November 23 – Rhythm & Joy in Belly Dance
A vibrant, uplifting session focused on rhythm as a gateway to joy.
This workshop invites the body to listen, respond, and celebrate rhythm not only as a musical structure, but as a living pulse within us. We will explore basic Middle Eastern rhythmic patterns, playful movement combinations, and ways to embody rhythm through grounded, expressive dancing.
Together, we’ll cultivate a light-hearted and energizing atmosphere where movement becomes celebration. The session is accessible and deeply nourishing for both beginners and experienced dancers looking to reconnect with joy and spontaneity.
Time: 12.00-16.00
They are held in English in a small group setting to support individual attention and connection.
